We are seeking a successful Client Service Associate who thrives in managing multiple priorities, has strong communication skills, and has a problem-solving mindset that thrives in a dynamic and evolving organization. Responsibilities include:
- Provide top-quality service to clients in the administration of client financial accounts.
- Serve as primary liaison between the financial advisors of the firm, custodians, clients, and client’s professional team, building trusted relationships.
- Prioritize and organize workflows, as well as coordinate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts.
- Coordinate the opening and closing of accounts with clients, custodians, and consultants – drafting letters, preparing client welcome packets, and setting up standing instructions.
- Execute cash and other asset movement requests.
- Manage client information – prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, and regularly update databases.
- Assist with establishing online access for statements, confirms, proxy materials, and other services.
- Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures.
- Record and/or reconcile account activities between custodian and client recordkeeping system
- Track and report on projects and tasks for clients with detailed updates in CRM.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with high-net-worth clients to provide account status and assist with requests.
- Adhere to industry compliance requirements and client fiduciary responsibilities.
- Serves as backup to the office administration department when needed.

- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new technologies.
- A positive, can-do attitude with clients and teammates, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Experience and Education:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, including internship experience, is required. Experience with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Addepar is preferred
- Experience with private funds administration is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
