Job Overview

We’re searching for a Senior Lead Advisor who can expertly guide our most valued client relationships and drive the strategic growth of our advisory team. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your ten years of wealth management experience and advanced credentials to present sophisticated financial and investment plans, overseeing their seamless execution by our dedicated service and portfolio management teams. You’ll not only ensure the retention and satisfaction of key client relationships, generating significant revenue through referrals and new business, but also champion the professional development of your team, all while aligning with our long-term firm objectives and achieving ambitious business planning goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple key client relationships
  • Present financial and investment plans
  • Oversee the execution and implementation of plans by service/portfolio management teams
  • Supervise and lead business development efforts of the advisory team.

 

Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience in wealth management
  • Advanced credentials (CFP® preferred)
  • Able to manage multiple key client relationships at a very high level
  • Able to manage a team of advisors and planners, including their individual professional development
  • Shared vision of long-term objectives of the firm

 

Performance Measures

  • Retention and satisfaction of key relationships
  • Revenues generated from client referrals and newly sourced relationships
  • Achievement of business planning goals
  • Marketing execution and results according to firm-wide strategic plans
  • Career development of those directly supervised
